Town Parks

One of the perks of living in Windermere is the wide variety of beautiful parks located within our two square miles. Whether you are looking for a place to let your kids play, a shady spot to have a picnic or barbeque, enjoy outdoor activities such as volleyball, tennis, or frisbee golf, a place to launch your boat onto Lake Bessie or onto Lake Butler and the Chain of Lakes, or a looking for a total body workout, Windermere has you covered.

Please note that per Town of Windermere Code Sec. 22-46 alcoholic beverages are prohibited at all Town parks, and visitors consent to container inspection by Windermere PD.

We hope you enjoy your time outside, “among the lakes,” in our meticulously maintained and ever-improving parks.

Cal Palmer Park is open for business!
