There are no apartments, condominiums, or townhomes in Windermere. Windermere is 2.2 square miles. Subdivisions such as Keene’s Pointe, Summerport, Casabella, and the area surrounding Reams Road are not Windermere. These areas share a post office with Windermere, but no taxes are paid to Windermere, Windermere PD and Public Works do not service these areas, and these areas cannot vote in Windermere Elections. This area is under the jurisdiction of Orange County. Problems reported outside of Windermere’s 2.2 square miles of jurisdiction will not be responded to. Instead, please contact Orange County by dialing 311 for any issues, and indicate that you are located in “unincorporated Orange County with a Windermere zip code.”
