Windermere has three pavilions which are available for use by the general public. Two pavilions are located at the Windermere Recreation Center, and the third is located at Central Park.

The pavilions at the Rec Center may be reserved for a fee. Please see this form for rental information, including fees. Please note, we are unable to accommodate reservation requests that are less than 30 days from the event date. The Rec Center pavilions as well as the pavilion at Central Park may be utilized without a reservation for free on a first-come, first-served basis.

We do not rent out entire parks. If you would like to host an event at any of our parks that includes a group of over 30 adults (and/or more than 12 children) or that also includes temporary structures such as bounce houses or tents, you will need to submit a special event permit.

Windermere has two separate tennis courts; one at the Recreation Center, the other on Main Street. Tennis keys are available for $25 and may be purchased at the Town Administrative Offices (614 Main Street, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm). Payment may be made with exact cash, check, or Visa/MasterCard/Discover. Keys are valid October 1 – September 30 of every year. Keys are available for residents of the incorporated Town of Windermere only. Not every “Windermere” address is incorporated. Get started on the form here.
