Boat Ramp Access by Park Pass Only Beginning 4.28

Beginning Friday, April 28, 2023, the two resident-only ramps in Windermere will lock. Residents who have purchased a Park Pass will have access.

To purchase a Park Pass, download and complete the paperwork on this page. Bring your completed paperwork, $35 payment (check or Visa/MasterCard/Discover), and proof of address to Paulette at the Administrative Office.

As a reminder, the Bessie Ramp uses a key and the Fernwood Ramp uses a code. Both will be provided to you when you purchase a Park Pass.

Our office is located at 614 Main Street, and we are open to the public Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 4:00 pm.
