
Event Description
Park Passes (for boat ramp access), Tennis Keys, and Pedestrian Access Passes renew on Monday, 10/2/2023.
Residents* wishing to purchase / renew their keys and passes will need to take the following steps:
1. Complete the paperwork. Pass and Key agreements can be filled out and submitted electronically, here. Alternately, forms can be downloaded and printed, completed, and hand delivered to the Public Works Office (click on a form to download it Tennis Key, Park Pass, Pedestrian Access Pass).
2. Proof of residence.
3. Payment. Park Passes are $35, Tennis Keys are $25, and Pedestrian Access Passes are free of charge. The Town accepts checks or money orders made out to the “Town of Windermere” asĀ well as Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We do not accept cash, Apple Pay, or American Express. We do not prorate passes purchased later in the year.
4. All of the above items should be brought to the Public Works Office located at 614 Main Street, Building 200. Public Works is open Monday – Friday from 8am until 4pm (closed 12pm – 1pm for lunch).
Passes and keys will be valid until 9/30/2024. We are expecting a high volume of customers the first two weeks in October. To help expedite the process, please arrive to the Public Works Office prepared with forms filled out or already submitted, your proof of address, and your form of payment. *Resident is defined as living within the 2.2 square miles of incorporated Windermere. See boundary map here. Most “Windermere” addresses are actually located outside of our jurisdiction and are part of unincorporated Orange County that shares a zip code and post office with Windermere. These areas are not eligible for passes and keys.
