Help us keep Windermere’s lakes pristine!
February’s Lakes Cleanup was a huge success. 39lbs of trash and debris were collected, and thus prevented from ending up in the Butler Chain.
Join us for a SECOND afternoon of lakes cleanup on Sunday, March 27th from 1:30pm – 3:30pm. We will be meeting at Fernwood Park (632 Butler Street) at 1:30pm for staging and to gather supplies. Please wear closed-toed shoes and be prepared to walk down streets and through neighborhoods gathering trash to help prevent refuse from ending up in Windermere’s lakes.
This is a great activity for the whole family, but please ensure minors have an adult present!
