Centennial Celebration

Centennial Lobby

Opening January 17, 2025

We are excited to announce a year-long celebration of our town’s rich history and milestones. To kick off this special year, we invite you to visit our Centennial Lobby, located in the Town Administration building.

Historical Photo Slideshow and Oral History
Sit back and enjoy a slideshow of over 300 historical photos of our town and its residents, accompanied by an oral history recorded by our residents. This unique exhibit shares stories and events that have shaped our town into what it is today.
Commissioned Oil Paintings
On display are 4 beautiful commissioned oil paintings, generously loaned to us by long-standing resident Mr. John Nabors. These paintings depict historical buildings that are an integral part of our town’s heritage.
Centennial Merchandise
Show your Windermere Pride by purchasing centennial merchandise, that will soon be available for sale in the lobby. This is a great way to commemorate this special year and take a piece of our town’s history home with you.

We look forward to celebrating our Town’s Centennial year with you!
