Windermere’s Food Truck night is held the 4th Friday of every month from 5:00pm – 9:30pm at Town Square Park, rain or shine! Bring a chair or a blanket and enjoy a variety of cuisine from 15-18 trucks. Certain months also feature live music, DJ, kids’ activities, and/or a movie. Be sure to check the calendar or scroll down to see if what, if any, extra entertainment is planned for the current month!
Parents, please watch your children! These events get crowded; it is easy to get lost or separated from your children. We understand the landscaping and historic buildings are enticing to young, adventurous kids; however they are not meant to be climbed on or jumped off of, they can be fragile or dangerous! Please help us preserve the landscaping and historic buildings by ensuring your children are respectful of Town property and of other guests.

Interested in Becoming a Food Truck Vendor?
Are you interested in becoming a food truck vendor? Please gather the following items and email to to Diane Edwards:
- Complete THE APPLICATION
- 1-3 photos of your truck (unfortunately, we do not accommodate tents at this event, only trucks)
- 3-5 photos of your food
- A copy of your menu with prices
Once this information has been completed, Diane will place you on the subsequent Food Truck / Farmers Market Selection Committee Meeting agenda. All potential trucks must be voted on by the Selection Committee prior to participating in Windermere events. Once the Committee has met and voted, Diane will reach out and let you know your next steps. At this point, you will also be contacted by the event coordinator, a third-party vendor, who will schedule you.
Please note, due to a high volume of trucks, new vendors can expect to be scheduled 0-1 time per quarter. We bill $150 per event a truck attends. Further details on payments can be found in the application.
