Windermere Boat Ramps Reopening
We know you’ve all been anxiously waiting for Windermere boat ramps to reopen!
In accordance with Orange County, Windermere will be reopening our ramps on Friday, May 22nd.
If you need to purchase a key to the ramps, you may do so by appointment beginning Wednesday, May 20th. In order to reduce traffic and crowding in our offices, we are asking residents to please contact Diane Edwards to schedule a time for pickup. In order to streamline the transaction, if possible, please have the Park Pass form filled out prior to arrival at our offices (you can also scan it back to Diane).
The cost for a ramp key is $35. We accept credit card (NO AmericanExpress), checks made out to the Town of Windermere, or exact cash. If you wish to pay via credit card, you may also fill out our Credit Card Authorization Form and scan back to Diane to allow a contactless transaction.
As a reminder, all visitors to the Town Administration Offices will be required to wear masks. If you do not wish to wear a mask, please relate this to Diane Edwards, and we will make alternate arrangements that do not involve entry to Town Admin.
