Gene Spears, 1930 – 2021
The Town is saddened to hear of the passing of former Town Council Member, former Mayor, and longtime resident, Gene Spears, on June 7th, 2021.
Mr. Spears served Windermere first as a Town Council Member from 1986 – 1993, and then as Mayor from 1993 – 1996.
