RE:     PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PUD REZONING& LARGE-SCALE FUTURE LAND USE MAP AMENDMENT, PERMIT #: 14-01 CPA; 14-01 ZON

PUBLIC HEARING ITEM RESCHEDULED TO MAY 20, 2014 DRB MEETING

 

 

Shaman Foradi, (Applicant), on behalf of Jain Family Holdings, LTD submitted a request for a PUD rezoning and a large-scale Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use (FLU) map amendment on thirty-six (36) acres located at 1800 & 2402 Maguire Rd.

 

The Applicant is requesting that the subject properties' zoning designation be amended from Orange County "RCE" (Country Estate) to Town of Windermere "PD" (Planned Development). Concurrently, the Applicant is also requesting that the subject properties' FLU map designation be amended from Orange County "R" (Rural/Agricultural) to Town of Windermere "PD" (Planned Development).

 

At the request of the Applicant, this item has been removed from the March 18, 2014 Development Review Board (DRB) meeting agenda.  The land use and zoning case has been rescheduled for the Tuesday, May 20, 2014 DRB meeting at 6:30 PM in the Town Hall located at 520 Main Street, Windermere, FL 34786.  This meeting is open to the public and you are welcome to attend.  Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

 

In compliance with Florida Statutes §119.07, the original application and site plan documents may be reviewed at the Town of Windermere town offices during regular business hours.
